Payment at Look Luscious Salon can be either cash or card.

Working Locations

​

All appointments will be carried out at 119 Highstreet, Coningsby, Ln4 4RF.

​

For on location weddings a fuel charge of 45p per mile will be charged for anything over a 10mile radius of the salon 

​

Booking

​

The easiest way to make an appointment is via our online booking system. This allows you to search for treatments, preferred stylists and our availability. This service is available 24/7 so you have easy access to our diary around the clock. 

When using the online booking system a card will need to be saved to secure your appointment, these details are kept secured and will not be seen by anyone but yourself

 

You can also make an appointment by calling the salon on

01526 342513, sending us a message via social media or by signing up to our WhatsApp messaging service.

This is a free service, where we can communicate with you directly via WhatsApp.  You will receive messages regularly from Look Luscious for appointment availability, latest news, exclusive offers, and can respond at your convenience.  Your messages will only be seen by us, and you will not receive messages from our other clients.  If you would  like to join this group, please send your name via WhatsApp to

Cancellation

​​

If you are unable to attend your appointment they can be cancelled or re-arranged via the booking site (if over 48hours notice is given) or by calling the salon on 01526 342513.

All cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge.
We understand that things can come up from time to time so if you are needing to rearrange your appointment then please do this prior to the 24 hours before your appointment to avoid having to pay the fee.

Our cancellation charges are as follows-

*Cancellation up to 24hours notice- no charge

*Cancellation less than 24hours notice- 50% the appointment

Patch Testing

​

Please be aware that patch tests are required before having certain treatments. These treatments include colouring services, eyelash and eyebrow tinting and Keratin Smoothening treatments. Patch tests will need to be done at least 24-48 hours before your treatment so please bear this in mind when booking your appointment. If you do not turn up for your consultation and patch test this will result in your treatment being cancelled.

Discounts

All discounts available can not be used in conjuction with other offers.

Late arrivals

 

We will always try our best to accommodate all clients however this is not always possible without impacting on subsequent clients if you are late for your appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late it may not be possible to carry out your treatment in full, you will be charged for the full price of the treatment. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late and it is not possible for us to carry out your treatment we will offer to reschedule this, however 50% of the treatment cost will be charged

Right to refuse

​

We have the right to refuse any individual we feel is unfit for a treatment, this includes but is not limited to;

• Any individual that appears under the influence of drugs and alcohol. This is in place to protect you as well as us

• Certain treatments also come with what is known as contra-indications, these are conditions that can interfere with a result of a treatment. Any medical conditions that are displayed or made aware to us during the consultation as a contra-indication will be explained to you by a stylist why this cannot be carried out. In this instance the stylist will discuss if there is another treatment suitable.

• Any individual who displays behaviour that makes any member of the staff feel uncomfortable, disrespected or intimidated. We provide a safe environment for our team and clients and this should be respected.

• A treatment to a client who is not the required age for that treatment.

Age restrictions for certain treatments

​

Certain treatments are not suitable or insured due to the age of the client. Below is a list of treatments that carry strict age restrictions for clients. If we are in any doubt of the client’s age, proof of identity can be asked for.

Hair Colour - Age 16 

Tinting or Lash treatments - Age 16 

Keratin Smoothening treatment - Age 14 

Hair Botox treatment - Age 14
